Chicken and Broccoli Casserole



Ingredients:
  • about 2 or 3 cups of uncooked rice
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bag of frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 can of evaporated milk
  • butter
  • cheddar cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
Instructions:
  • Cook the rice.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper and saute it in a frying pan.
  • Cut the chicken into medium sized chunks.
  • Butter whatever dish you are going to put in the oven.
  • Combine the milk, cheese, rice, broccoli and chicken.
  • Season with a little salt and pepper and add in a few pats of butter
  • Top with more of the cheese.
  • Bake in a 400 degree oven until the cheese is nice and bubbly (it shouldn't take very long).
Eat!
