Greek Pasta Salad

I almost forgot to take a picture of this dish, which is why there is so little left. Believe it or not, but there was a huge bowl of it in the beginning and this was all that was left. I made this a little while ago and hopefully I remember what I put in it…

Ingredients:

  • a package of orzo pasta
  • sun-dried tomatoes
  • black olives
  • chopped basil
  • olive oil
  • honey
  • balsamic vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • herbs de provence
  • tarragon
  • feta cheese
  • lemon pepper

I think that was everything… Anywho, all you need to do is mix it together. I can’t really give amounts for how much of the different stuff to put in – you’ll just have to taste as you season. And remember you can always add, but you can’t take away.
