Red wine is always better, but I bought my neckbones (not always available at my usual store) after I passed the wine & liquor store. Im just using the best broth I could find and tomato paste. I can’t wait until the governor pushes through a bill allowing grocery stores to sell wine. I’m tired of not having that option here. The neighborhood liquor stores need to go.
