In reply to Maria. I'm not entirely sure I understand what you mean. The butter needs to be stirred into the batter until it is homogenous.

I may have done something wrong but the butter was really oily and made the batter swimming in oil. I tried to mop up as much as possible as it definitely doesn’t look like the one in the picture but is there any tips to stop this from happening next time?

I made this last night, I added mini chocolate chips and omitted the cinnamon. Went heavy on the nutmeg instead. I love the flavor this brings out and also the higher amount of kosher salt takes this bread to a new level. So good! Saving it for life.

I made this recipe… It was incredible..

I added a tablespoon of vanilla to the egg and banana mix. I also made Muffins instead of bread. I additionally added a sesame and pepitas nut mix with olive oil as a topping.

Just incredible.
