Hello, I tried this recipe and was super pleased with it. I seasoned the wings differently but regarding the process and even the sauce everything came out great. I might have overcrowded my pan when frying the wings, but with the amount of oil and the liquid that the chicken wings themselves release I didn't get a lot of crispiness. Although it wasn't a big deal for me, I did decide to drain some of the oil+liquid maybe 5-10 minutes before the wings finished cooking, and that helped them crisp up a bit more.
