I bought an 18 lb box and after eating a bunch I had 9lbs left (after pitting). This recipe worked great just multiplied the ingredients by 4.5 and cooked in a big soup pot. I decided to use sure jel rather than Lemon. And only added a little water to get things started. (Like a quarter cup). Everything looks great and letting it cool now. I added an extra cup of sugar to can it all and be certain it will last.
