I don’t think I’ve ever seen Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt in the grocery store. I
bought mine at Costco before it switched over to Morton’s (WHY?!?!?).

Herbs de Provence is a nice addition! I have some white pepper in my cabinet too, but I don’t use it very often.
