In reply to cat. The stars aligned - I have a 6-cup Bundt pan, Granny apples, and the rest of the ingredients, and a serious need to bake something (for just 2 ppl). Can't wait till this comes out of the oven & cools!

In reply to cat. This recipe is written for a 6-inch pan (not 6 cups). And I have not tried using sour cream instead of oil, so I am not sure how it will turn out. If you do give it a try, please let me know.

why do you have to double the recipe for a 6 cup bundt pan – i thought this recipe as written is for a 6 cup pan?

also, can i sub sour cream for the oil?
