Parmesan Crusted Sirloin

Ingredients:
You can use any steak you like; here I used a boneless sirloin steak. Parmesan cheese, Montreal steak seasoning, salt, pepper, and vegetable oil.

Instructions:
Season each side of the meat with the salt, pepper, and Montreal steak seasoning. Cook each side of the meat for 3-5 minutes in a pan with vegetable oil to give it a nice sear. Now depending on how well you want your steak to be done, you have options for what to do next. If you like it more well done, then you can put it in the oven for a few minutes at 350 degrees before the next step. Next, top with the cheese and broil in the oven until the cheese is nice and bubbly.

This is so simple, but so tasty!
