Welcome to my blog as I share some of my recipes and cooking tips with you. You may be thinking to yourself, “Who is he to tell me how to cook?” And my response is that I don’t really know. No, I’m not a chef. No, I don’t have a culinary arts degree. And no, I haven’t even taken a single cooking class. BUT! I have a deep passion for food and hence have learned a lot over the years.
